Manage your subscription
Start the free trial, restore Pro on a new phone or cancel at any time.
Halden Pro costs €39 a year and starts with a 14-day free trial. It is billed through the App Store or Google Play, so payment, renewal and cancelling all happen in your store account rather than in Halden.
Start the free trial
- Go to Settings, then Halden Pro.
- Tap Try Pro free for 14 days and confirm with your store account.
You will not be charged during the trial. The store reminds you a day before it ends, and you can cancel before then without paying anything.
Restore Pro on a new phone
Sign in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought Pro with, open Halden and go to Settings, then Halden Pro, then Restore purchase. Pro comes back straight away. Your record comes back too once you sign in to sync with the same email.
Cancel Pro
- iPhone and iPad: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Halden and tap Cancel subscription.
- Android: open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, choose Halden and tap Cancel.
Pro stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
What happens to your record
Nothing is deleted when Pro ends. Halden goes back to the free plan: one thing a day, 25-minute focus sessions and this month’s record on screen. Older months stay saved and appear again if you come back to Pro. If you want a copy first, go to Settings, then Export while Pro is still active and save your record as a CSV.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. Request one from your store’s purchase history, or write to support@halden.test and we will point you to the right place.
